Promoter Shareholder definition

Promoter Shareholder means each of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, K. Chiranjeevi, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, Swapriya Raj Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Septozen Corporate Services Limited and each Person who is either an Affiliate of any such Person or a Related Person of any such Person, in each case who is a Shareholder.
Promoter Shareholder means Virtusa Consulting Services Private Limited.
Promoter Shareholder means a person or body who has subscribed shares by the time of public offering of the shares of the licensee company.
