Promotional Links definition

Promotional Links means links to the Web sites of any third party for which Company receives monetary, promotional, or other consideration.
Promotional Links means hyper links proximately located to text that promotes the Service and contains either a tracking code provided by Waterfront or the Dedicated URL that allows Waterfront to identify the recipient as having been directed to the Service by the applicable Licensor Partner.

  • The Affiliate’s use of the Promotional Links will at all times be subject to this agreement.

  • For each new affiliate that the Affiliate refers to the Program through the Affiliate’s Promotional Links, the Company will pay the Affiliate 5% of that affiliate’s revenues for life.

  • The Affiliate will not directly or indirectly offer any person any consideration or incentive (including payment of money or granting of any discounts or other benefits) to go to a Program Site using the Promotional Links on the Affiliate Sites; nor will the Affiliate require any person to join a Program Site as a prerequisite to accessing other products or services.

  • The Company will pay the Affiliate $20 per trial and full signup referred through the Affiliate’s Promotional Links.

  • Webmasters and members referred through the Promotional Links are the Company’s webmasters and members with respect to all activities they undertake in connection with the Program or the Program Sites.

  • The Company will pay the Affiliate a commission of up to 60% of the net revenues that the Company earns from each member referred through the Affiliate’s Promotional Links for the life of that member’s membership.

  • The Company will provide an opt‐out method in all Promotional Links, but if any opt‐out requests come directly to the Affiliate, the Affiliate must immediately forward them to the Company at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • The Affiliate will not directly or indirectly offer any person any consideration or incentive (including payment of money or granting discounts or other benefits) to go to the Program Site using the Promotional Links on the Affiliate Sites.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Advertising Services means the advertising services selected on the front pages of this Agreement.

  • Advertising device means any device or object erected or located so as to attract public attention to any goods or services or facilities or events and includes flags, banners, pennants and lights;

  • Advertising sign means any surface or structure with characters, letters or illustrations applied there-to and displayed in any manner whatsoever outdoors for the purpose of advertising or giving information or to attract the public to any place, person, public performance, article, or merchandise, and which surface or structure is attached to, forms part of, or is connected with any building, or is fixed to the ground or to any pole, screen, fence or hoarding or displayed in space, or in or over any water body included in the jurisdiction of the Authority;

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning ascribed thereto in NI 41-101;

  • Promotions When an employee is promoted to a classification in a higher grade, he will move to the next higher rate within his new grade with a minimum increase of $15.00 per week, effective at the time of his promotion.   • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • Co-Promotion means those detailing and promotional activities (including performing sales calls) with respect to a Collaboration Product undertaken by or on behalf of either Party to encourage appropriate prescribing of such Collaboration Product in the U.S. in accordance with Section 8 and any Co-Promotion Agreement. When used as a verb, “to Co-Promote” means to engage in Co-Promotion, and “Co-Promoted” has a corresponding meaning.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Common promotional plan means a plan, undertaken by a person
