Promotional Purchase definition

Promotional Purchase means, where available, a purchase of goods and/or services by you or an Additional Cardholder (which can be made at one or more outlets as advertised from time to time by us to you) at an Interest rate which is lower than the Interest rate then applying to a Standard Purchase and for which payment is made, and which may be effected, as in the case of a Standard Purchase;
Promotional Purchase means, where available, a purchase of goods and/or services by you or an Additional Cardholder (which can be made at one or more outlets as advertised from time to time by us to you) at an Interest

Examples of Promotional Purchase in a sentence

  • Multiple claims and entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) claim permitted per Eligible Product purchased during the Promotional Purchase Period; and (b) each claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with claim requirements.

  • Purchase receipt(s) and tax invoice(s) must clearly show only the Claimant‘s full personal name, the residential installation address, the Eligible Product model purchased and specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Purchase Period but prior to any Claim by the Claimant.

  • You may be required to enter your PIN when entering into a Standard Purchase or Promotional Purchase.

  • Purchase receipt(s) and tax invoice(s) must clearly show only the Entrant‘s full personal name, the residential installation address, the Eligible Product model purchased and specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Purchase Period but prior to any claim or entry by the Entrant.

  • For the purpose of this promotion, “purchase” is defined as a fully paid Eligible Product, with zero balance owing, with payment having been fully made within the Promotional Purchase Period.

  • We will convert transactions in foreign currency (including Euros) into sterling at the exchange rate set or applied by Mastercard, LINK, any relevant bank or Travelex (as appropriate) on the date the Cash Advance, Standard Purchase or Promotional Purchase is processed.

  • Promotional Purchase - Items such as refreshments, giveaways, employee recognition items, etc.

  • Purchase receipt(s) and tax invoice(s) must clearly show only the Entrant‘s full name, the installation address, the Eligible Product model purchased and specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Purchase Period but prior to any claim or entry by the Entrant.

  • Similar to the Promotional Purchase above, but slightly different formulas.

  • Purchase receipt(s) and tax invoice(s) must clearly show only the Claimant‘s full name, the installation address, the Eligible Product model purchased and specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Purchase Period but prior to any claim or entry by the Claimant.

Related to Promotional Purchase

  • Original Purchasers means RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Chicago, Illinois, and the other original purchasers designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award.

  • Final Purchase Date means the final date on which a purchase and sale of Loans and their Related Security is completed pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Sale Agreement;

  • Original Purchaser means the original purchaser of the Bonds designated by the Fiscal Officer in the Certificate of Award.

  • Rental-purchase agreement means an agreement for the use of personal property by a lessee primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, for an initial period of 4 months or less that is automatically renewable with each payment after the initial period and that permits the lessee to become the owner of the property. Rental-purchase agreements shall not include any of the following:

  • Initial Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Initial Purchasers shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Investor Presentation is defined in Section 5.3.
