Altitude means the vertical distance of a level, a point or an object considered as a point, measured from mean sea level (MSL);

Recalibration means the adjustment of all DRG weights to reflect changes in relative resource consumption.

Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.
Covenant Trigger Event shall occur at any time that Availability is less than the greater of (a) $12.5 million and (b) 10% of the Line Cap then in effect.
