Proposed Pole definition

Proposed Pole means a Pole that is proposed to be placed in the Municipal Right-of-Way.
Proposed Pole. Means a Pole that is proposed to be placed in the Municipal Right-of-Way. Proposed poles may be either new poles, that is, such poles did not previously exist in that location; or replacement poles, that is, poles that are replacing existing poles in that same location.
