Proposed Reorganization definition

Proposed Reorganization means the proposed reorganization of the Company's European holding company structure which will result in a change from the current structure as shown on Exhibit 1.1(P)(3) hereto to the proposed structure as shown on Exhibit 1.1(P)(4).

More Definitions of Proposed Reorganization

Proposed Reorganization has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.2(w);
