Proposed Start Date definition

Proposed Start Date means the date advised by KCOM to the CP for the commencement of Internal or Exterior Cable Connect services;
Proposed Start Date means the date which the Lead Applicant presented within the Application Form;
Proposed Start Date means the date specified in each Order, or as amended, on which KCOM is to make available to the Customer the Services requested in that Order;

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to see that transfer is completed on any Proposed Start Date stated in the Important Details but are not liable to you for any delays.

  • Once delivery of the Order has resumed, KCOM will advise the CP Order Correspondence Contact of the new Proposed Start Date.


More Definitions of Proposed Start Date

Proposed Start Date or “PSD” the date calculated in accordance with section 2 Table 1 of the Service Operations Manual, or such later date as notified to the CP by KCOM should there be any delay in respect of when the Service is due to be made available to the CP;

  • Proposed Sale has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals. If the Sell Offers of multiple Market Sellers are based on a single Existing Generation Capacity Resource, the Base Offer Segments of such Market Sellers shall be determined pro rata based on their entitlements to Unforced Capacity from such resource.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Project Start Date means the first Milestone Start Date specified in Schedule B;

  • Response Deadline means 60 days after the Administrator mails Notice to Class Members and Aggrieved Employees, and shall be the last date on which Class Members may: (a) fax, email, or mail Requests for Exclusion from the Settlement, or (b) fax, email, or mail his or her Objection to the Settlement. Class Members to whom Notice Packets are resent after having been returned undeliverable to the Administrator shall have an additional 14 calendar days beyond the Response Deadline has expired.
