Proposed Uses definition

Proposed Uses means the uses of Recycled Water so specified in Schedule 1.

Examples of Proposed Uses in a sentence

  • The Company has not acquired or agreed to acquire any asset on terms that title to such asset does not pass to the Company until full payment is made.

  • Consistent with the requirements of Government Code §65865.2, the density/intensity of use, and maximum height and size of buildings are described in Exhibit “C” (the “Parameters”) and the Proposed Uses are described in Exhibit “B”.

  • Except as adopted by the Zoning Amendment, through the CEQA process, or by written agreement of the Parties, City shall not promulgate rules, ordinances or restrictions other than those in effect as of the Effective Date which would unreasonably restrict, impair or prohibit use of the Property for the Proposed Uses.

  • In the event that the Founder’s Fund cannot be spent to benefit the Zoo in a manner that is consistent with the Proposed Uses and Approval Process, the parties will attempt to contact such donors and provide them with the option of either refunding the donation or redirecting how the funds will be spent to benefit the Zoo.

  • After termination of this Agreement, the parties will cooperate to cause the Founder’s Fund and other funds resulting from operation of the Zoo to be spent to benefit the Zoo consistent with and subject to the Proposed Uses and Approval Process or the donors’ intentions and instructions.

  • Complete all necessary environmental analyses of the Project, including the Proposed Uses and the Zoning Amendment, under the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”), Public Resources Code sections 21000 et seq.

  • Such notice shall set forth the requested amount of the loan to be made and be accompanied by a description, in reasonable detail, of the proposed uses (the "Proposed Uses") of such borrowing.

  • The parties acknowledge that Developer has provided the Authority on June 23, 2005, with an updated report of the Preliminary List of Project Tenants (the “List of Project Tenants”) and an updated analysis of the Proposed Uses and Tenant Mix for the project (the “Tenant Mix”), a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit F.

  • Such approval shall define the development standards applicable to the Property, which shall be consistent with the Parameters and Proposed Uses.

  • City hereby grants Developer the vested right to use the Property for the Proposed Uses, in accordance with the development standards set forth by the Parameters and the Zoning Amendment.

  • Approved Use means the use of the Project for the operation of a Healthcare Facility as a ___ ____ [insert type of facility] with __ __ [beds/units] [of which not less than __ ___ [beds/units] are [to be] in use] and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by the Borrower, Operator, or Master Tenant, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of HUD. Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.

  • Proposed Works means the sewage works described in the Owner's application, this Certificate and in the supporting documentation referred to herein, to the extent approved by this Certificate;

  • Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

  • Proposed Transfer means any assignment, sale, offer to sell, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, encumbrance, disposition of or any other like transfer or encumbering of any Transfer Stock (or any interest therein) proposed by any of the Investors.
