Proprietary Databases definition

Proprietary Databases means any material non-public proprietary database or information repository that is owned by or licensed to the Company or any Subsidiary or with respect to which the Company or any Subsidiary is authorized or granted rights under or to.
Proprietary Databases means any material non-public proprietary database that is owned by Parent or any Subsidiary or that Parent or any Subsidiary is licensed, authorized or otherwise granted rights under or to, and that is used by Parent or any other Person to manufacture, develop, import, market, promote, advertise, offer for sale, sell, use and/or otherwise distribute a Product.
Proprietary Databases means all proprietary databases and data compilations (including the database known as the “Counter Threat Platform Very Large Database”) and all documentation relating to the foregoing owned by Parent and used exclusively in the Spyglass Business.

  • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is:

  • Proprietary means goods or services of a specialized nature, that may be made or marketed by a person or persons having the exclusive right to make or sell them, when the need for such goods or services has been certified in writing by the Board to be necessary for the conduct of its affairs.

Confidential and Proprietary Information may be in any medium or form, including, without limitation, physical documents, computer files or discs, electronic communications, videotapes, audiotapes, and oral communications.

  • Customer Confidential Information means Confidential Information of the Customer provided to Computershare.
