Prosecute and Enforce shall have the correlative meaning.

Purchaser shall keep APIL reasonably informed of activities undertaken to Prosecute and Enforce the Transferred Patents and provide APIL with copies of material correspondence and filings relating to activities undertaken to Prosecute and Enforce the Transferred Patents.
