The Protected Disclosures Act 2014 (“the Act”) was amended by the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022.
The Provider shall establish and maintain procedures for the making of Protected Disclosures by Provider Personnel and any other individual engaged by the Provider who may satisfy the definition of “worker” for the purposes of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014, and for dealing with such disclosures.
