Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves definition

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and “Developed Non-Producing Reserves.”

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves has the meaning assigned such term in the SPE Definitions.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves means those Oil and Gas Properties designated as "proved developed non-producing" (in accordance with the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves approved by the Board of Directors of the Society for Petroleum Engineers, Inc. from time to time) in the Reserve Report and used in establishing the Borrowing Base.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves has the meaning assigned to that term by the Society of Petroleum Engineers, as it may be amended from time to time, but generally shall mean the subcategory of “Proved Developed Reserves” (as defined by the Society of Petroleum Engineers) which will become “Proved Developed Producing Reserves” upon minor capital expenditures being made with respect to existing xxxxx which will cause formerly non-producing completions or intervals to become open and producing to market.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves which are Proved Developed Reserves which exist behind the casing of existing xxxxx, or at minor depths below the present bottom of such xxxxx, which are expected to be produced through these xxxxx in the predictable future, where the cost of making Hydrocarbons available for production should be relatively small compared to the cost of a new well. Additional Hydrocarbons expected to be obtained through the application of Improved Recovery techniques are included as "Proved Developed Reserves" only after testing by a pilot project or after the operation of an installed program has confirmed through production responses that increased recovery will be achieved.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves or “PDNP Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Non Producing” in the SPE/WPC Definitions; and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” or “PUD Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the SPE/WPC Definitions.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Non-Producing” in the Definitions. “Proved Developed Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as either “Proved Developed Producing Reserves” or “Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves” in the Definitions. “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Proved Reserves.”

Proved Developed Non-Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves that are estimated to be recoverable by existing xxxxx that are not yet capable of producing such reserves without completions or recompletions being conducted within the existing wellbores thereof.
