Provided Level of Credit Support definition

Provided Level of Credit Support means in respect of a Shipper or Prospective Shipper the sum of the Secured Credit Support and Unsecured Credit Support which it has provided to Belfast Gas in accordance with Section G;
Provided Level of Credit Support means, in respect of a Shipper or Prospective Shipper, the sum of the Secured Credit Support and Unsecured Credit Support which such Shipper or Prospective Shipper has placed with the Transporter in accordance with this section 18;

  • QFC Credit Support has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Credit Support Instrument" "Credit Support Provider"

  • Fitch Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • Substitute Credit Support has the meaning specified in Paragraph 4(d)(i).

  • Eligible Credit Support means Eligible Collateral and Other Eligible Support.

  • Credit Support Amount has the meaning specified in Paragraph 3.

  • S&P Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • credit supporter means a person or company that provides a guarantee or alternative credit support for any of the payments to be made by an issuer of securities as stipulated in the terms of the securities or in an agreement governing rights of, or granting rights to, holders of the securities;

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Credit Support Balance means, with respect to a Transferor on a Valuation Date, the aggregate of all Eligible Credit Support that has been transferred to or received by the Transferee under this Annex, together with any Distributions and all proceeds of any such Eligible Credit Support or Distributions, as reduced pursuant to Paragraph 2(b), Paragraph 3(c)(ii) or Paragraph 6. Any Equivalent Distributions or Interest Amount (or portion of either) not transferred pursuant to Paragraph 5(c)(i) or (ii) will form part of the Credit Support Balance.

  • Letter of Credit Undrawn Amounts means, at any time, the aggregate undrawn face amount of all Letters of Credit outstanding at such time.

  • Original Applicable Credit Support Percentage With respect to each of the following Classes of Subordinated Certificates, the corresponding percentage described below, as of the Closing Date: Class M...................4.25% Class B-1.................2.30% Class B-2.................1.50% Class B-3.................1.00% Class B-4.................0.55% Class B-5.................0.20%

  • Credit Support Instrument The instrument or document pursuant to which the Credit Support for a given Series (or Class within such Series) is provided, as specified in the applicable Supplement.

  • Letter of Credit Collateralization means either (a) providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent, including provisions that specify that the Letter of Credit Fees and all commissions, fees, charges and expenses provided for in Section 2.11(k) of the Agreement (including any fronting fees) will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Revolving Lenders in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage, (b) delivering to Agent documentation executed by all beneficiaries under the Letters of Credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent and Issuing Bank, terminating all of such beneficiaries’ rights under the Letters of Credit, or (c) providing Agent with a standby letter of credit, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, from a commercial bank acceptable to Agent (in its sole discretion) in an amount equal to 105% of the then existing Letter of Credit Usage (it being understood that the Letter of Credit Fee and all fronting fees set forth in the Agreement will continue to accrue while the Letters of Credit are outstanding and that any such fees that accrue must be an amount that can be drawn under any such standby letter of credit).

  • Bank Product Collateralization means providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Bank Product Providers (other than the Hedge Providers) in an amount determined by Agent as sufficient to satisfy the reasonably estimated credit exposure with respect to the then existing Bank Product Obligations (other than Hedge Obligations).

  • Minimum Credit Enhancement Test With respect to any Payment Date, a test that will be satisfied if the Subordinate Percentage is greater than or equal to 6.00%.

  • Posted Credit Support means Posted Collateral and Other Posted Support.

  • credit meter means a meter where an account is issued subsequent to the consumption of electricity;

  • Alternative Currency Letter of Credit means a Letter of Credit denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Senior Credit Support Depletion Date The date on which the Class Certificate Balance of each Class of Subordinated Certificates has been reduced to zero.

  • Rating Level means, with respect to any rating agency, each rating subcategory or “notch” of such rating agency , giving effect to pluses and minuses (or similar designations). By way of illustration, BBB+, BBB and BBB- are each separate Rating Levels of S&P.

  • Credit Support Provider has the meaning specified in the Schedule.

  • Facility Letter of Credit Fee is defined in Section 2A.8.

  • Unused Letter of Credit Subfacility means an amount equal to the Letter of Credit Subfacility minus the sum of (a) the aggregate undrawn amount of all outstanding Letters of Credit plus, without duplication, (b) the aggregate Unpaid Drawings obligations with respect to a Letters of Credit.

  • Impacted Lender means a Defaulting Lender or a Lender as to which (a) the L/C Issuer or the Administrative Agent has a good faith belief that the Lender has defaulted in fulfilling its obligations under one or more other syndicated credit facilities or (b) an entity that Controls the Lender has been deemed insolvent or become subject to a bankruptcy or other similar proceeding.

  • Applicable Rating Level at any time and for any Borrower shall be determined in accordance with the then-applicable S&P Rating and the then-applicable Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower as follows: S&P Rating A or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A2 or higher 1 S&P Rating A- or higher or Xxxxx’x Rating A3 or higher 2 S&P Rating BBB+ or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa1 3 S&P Rating BBB or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa2 4 S&P Rating BBB- or Xxxxx’x Rating Baa3 5 S&P Rating BB+ or below or Xxxxx’x Rating Ba1 or below, or no S&P Rating or Xxxxx’x Rating 6 The Applicable Rating Level for any Borrower and for any day shall be determined based upon the higher of the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating for such Borrower in effect on such day. If the S&P Rating and the Xxxxx’x Rating are not the same (i.e., a “split rating”), the higher of such ratings shall control, unless (i) the ratings differ by more than one level, in which case the rating one level below the higher of the two ratings shall control, or (ii) either rating is below BBB- or Baa3 (as applicable), in which case the lower of the two ratings shall control.
