Section G definition

Section G. Bargaining unit members shall have a right to inspect their personnel file documents in the Office of Human Resources. Copies of such documents will be made available to such members at a cost of 15 cents per page.
Section G. Requests for leaves of absence specified in Sections B and C of this Article must be submitted in writing to the superintendent at least forty-five (45) days prior to the start of the anticipated leave. The forty-five (45) days' notice for a request for leave of absence may be waived by the administration. Each request for such leave shall be considered by the Board, which shall either approve or disapprove such requests.
Section G. An officer may accrue a maximum of two hundred and forty (240) hours of compensatory time.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • The schedule of quantity means the schedule of quantity as specified and forming part of this contract.

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments.

  • The Schedule of Quantities/ BOQ means the schedule of quantities as specified and forming part of this contract. Words importing persons include firms and corporations. Words importing the singular only, also include the plural and vice verse where the Context requires.
