Provision for loan and lease losses means the provision for loan and lease losses as reported by the covered company on the FR Y–9C.
Provision for loan and lease losses means the provision for loan and lease losses as reported by the bank holding company, savings and loan holding company, or state member bank on the FR Y–9C or Call Report, as appropriate.
