Replacement Capital Covenant definition

Replacement Capital Covenant has the meaning specified in the introduction to this instrument.
Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of May 22, 2008, by the Company, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and Section 2.2(a)(ii) hereof.
Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of June 21, 2007, by the Issuer, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof and Section 2.02(a)(vii) hereof.

  • Capitalized terms used in this Replacement Capital Covenant (including the Recitals) have the meanings set forth in Schedule I hereto.

More Definitions of Replacement Capital Covenant

Replacement Capital Covenant. : means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of February 5, 2007, of the Notes Issuer, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Replacement Capital Covenant means the Replacement Capital Covenant, dated as of September 27, 2006, of the Company, without giving any effect to any amendment or supplement thereto.

Replacement Capital Covenant means the replacement capital covenant dated the date hereof by the Issuer in favor of, and for the benefit of, each Covered Debtholder (as defined therein), a copy of which will be filed by the Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as an exhibit to the registration statement pertaining to the offering of securities (the “Capital Securities”) by the Issuer Trust to the public.
