Provisional ballot means a ballot voted provisionally by a person:
Provisional items means items for which approximate quantities have been included in the tender documents.
Provisional Suspension means the Athlete or other Person is barred temporarily from participating in any Competition or activity prior to the final decision at a hearing conducted under Article 8;

Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits
Grant Application - means the grant application that the Public Entity submitted to MnDOT which is attached as Exhibit D.
Patent Application means an application for patent protection for a CRADA Subject Invention with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“U.S.P.T.O.”) or the corresponding patent-issuing authority of another nation.
Class Coupon Formula The formula specified for each Class of variable rate Notes, as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.
License Type means the identification of whether the license for a Software Product is for a Perpetual Term or Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX means LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION, acting through its companies or business units as identified on the face of this Contract. If a subsidiary or affiliate of LOCKHEED XXXXXX CORPORATION is identified on the face of this Contract, then "LOCKHEED XXXXXX" means that subsidiary or affiliate.
Provisional Sum means a sum (if any) which is specified in the Contract as a provisional sum, for the execution of any part of the Works or for the supply of Plant, Materials or services under Sub-Clause 13.5 [Provisional Sums].
Compounded Daily XXXXX means the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average as the Reference Rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Principal Paying Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the applicable Final Terms Document) on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 being rounded upwards: where:
PCT means the Patent Cooperation Treaty;
Public Xxxxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(d).
Patent Applications means all published and unpublished nonprovisional and provisional patent applications, reexamination proceedings, invention disclosures and records of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights, in any country and regardless of formal name, including without limitation, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, revivals, reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof.
Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Provisional Interconnection Service means interconnection service provided by Transmission Provider associated with interconnecting the Interconnection Customer’s Generating Facility to Transmission Provider’s Transmission System and enabling that Transmission System to receive electric energy and capacity from the Generating Facility at the Point of Interconnection, pursuant to the terms of the Interconnection Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Tariff.
Provisional license means a nonrenewable license issued by the Board of Education for a specified
Patent Cooperation Treaty means the Patent Cooperation Treaty done at Washington on June 19, 1970;
Xx. Xxxx xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx generally accepted accounting principles, as in effect from time to time, consistently applied.
Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 means the Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance or codes of practice issued by the relevant government department concerning the legislation.
Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;
Additional Xxxx of Sale means each document, in the form of Attachment D hereto, executed by an authorized officer of VL Funding, the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding, Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of Funding which shall: (i) set forth the list and certain terms of (a) Additional Loans offered by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding and accepted for purchase by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee for the benefit of Funding, including the Additional Loans Purchase Price for the Additional Loans being sold thereunder or (b) Substituted Loans substituted by VL Funding and (ii) sell, assign and convey to Funding and the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee, for the benefit of Funding, and their assignees, all right, title and interest of VL Funding and of the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding in the Additional Loans or Substituted Loans, as applicable, listed on the related Additional Xxxx of Sale and (iii) certify that the representations and warranties made by VL Funding and the VL Funding Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of VL Funding pursuant to Sections 5(A) and (B) of these Master Terms, by the Servicer as set forth in Section 5(C) and by the Interim Eligible Lender Trustee as set forth in Section 5(D) are true and correct.
Provisional appointment means the employment of a person to a vacant position for no more than a six-month period for emergency or in interim conditions. The General Manager may extend a provisional appointment for up to an additional six-month period.
