Proxy Holder definition

Proxy Holder has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(b).
Proxy Holder means a Member School designated in accordance with these Bylaws to attend a General Meeting and to exercise voting rights on behalf of another Member;
Proxy Holder means the Chairman of the Board, as shall be in office from time to time or any other person designated by the Board to act as proxy holder.
