Company Stockholder Meeting definition

Company Stockholder Meeting means the meeting of the holders of shares of Company Common Stock for the purpose of seeking the Company Stockholder Approval, including any postponement or adjournment thereof.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Company will not be required to convene and hold the Company Stockholder Meeting at any time prior to the thirty-fifth (35th) day following the first mailing of the Proxy Statement to the Company’s stockholders.
