Public Common Stock definition

Public Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock that has been registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for sale to the public.
Public Common Stock means the class of equity securities of Newco acquired by the public in a Newco Transaction.
Public Common Stock means Common Stock sold in the IPO as part of the Units, whether they were purchased in the IPO or thereafter in the open market.

  • Public has agreed to provide certain registration rights to the Holders with respect to their shares of Public Common Stock upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth herein.
