Public Component definition

Public Component means interior spaces and assets, including but not limited to lobbies, auditoriums, stages, seats, and lighting fixtures, and exterior spaces and assets, including but not limited to outdoor performance spaces, courtyards, and benches. These components may also include back-of-house or support spaces, for example, green rooms.
Public Component means, in the event the Parties proceed with Option A, the Public Lands and that portion of the Project within and on the Public Lands which shall contain the physical facility to accommodate a series of interlocking public and entertainment attractions, as shall be determined by Hummingbird;
