Publicly Listed definition

Publicly Listed means, with respect to a security, that such security is publicly traded on an established stock exchange or national market system; and, with respect to an entity, that such entity is the issuer of a security that is Publicly Listed.
Publicly Listed means an event upon which the Company’s common shares or other securities of the Company or securities of another issuer for which common shares or other securities of the Company are exchanged, become publicly listed or quoted on a stock exchange or stock market in in any jurisdiction;
Publicly Listed means securities listed publicly on the stock exchange as provided for under Chapter 3 of the Regulation on Issuance of Securities.

The largest companies in each country are taken to be the members (max 50) of the primary blue-chip index maintained by the national stock exchange, which covers the largest companies by market capitalisation and/or volume of market trades.
