Published Index definition

Published Index means a legitimate daily (or Business Day) publication, daily (or Business Day) online publication, news service, real-time and after-hour feeds, brokerage services, and trading platforms that surveys and reports price information related to the sale, purchase and/or delivery of electricity. QF Generation means Capacity or Energy delivered to a Company from a Qualifying Facility as that term is defined in 83 Illinois Administrative Code Part 430 that is not included in MISO’s market model and is not considered as generation by MISO for the purposes of the calculation of the zonal load.
Published Index means a legitimate daily (or Business Day) publication, daily (or Business Day) online publication, news service, real-time and after-hour feeds, brokerage services, and trading platforms that surveys and reports price information related to the sale, purchase and/or delivery of electricity. QF Generation means Energy delivered to the Company from a Qualifying Facility as that term is defined in 83 Illinois Administrative Code Part 430 that is not included in PJM’s market model and is not considered as generation by PJM for the purposes of the calculation of the zonal load. Generally, this will consist of Energy from a Qualifying Facility as that term is defined in 83 Illinois Administrative Code Part 430 that is less than 10 MW in size.

  • Except as provided below in this Section, and absent agreement of the Parties to the contrary, the selection of a Published Index Price and Index Price Adjustments applicable to a given source of split connect Committed Gas will remain in effect for a period of no less than five full Months or seven full Months, as the case may be as set below.

  • If at any time during the term of this Agreement a Published Index Price or Gas Daily Price is no longer published and in the event CUSA and NGC are unable to agree on a replacement index price, either Party may submit the issue to arbitration in accordance with the procedure established in Section 11.3 above, with the following modifications.

  • With respect to Committed Gas produced from a Source of Supply capable of being delivered into more than one pipeline system at the applicable "Confidential Treatment Requested" Delivery Point with different Published Index Prices associated with such multiple pipeline options ("split connect Committed Gas"), Producer shall * select [REDACTED] to be applicable to such split connect Committed Gas from * [REDACTED], as noted on the Exhibit "A" sheet applicable to * such Source of Supply.

  • For purposes of calculating the First of the Month Commodity Price of Committed Gas produced from a given Source of Supply, and in lieu of a Published Index Price designated in Exhibit A to this Agreement, CUSA may request that a fixed price (the "Locked Price") be substituted for the Published Index Price for a period as short as one Month or as long as twelve Months.
