PUC Orders definition

PUC Orders means the orders issued by the PUC pursuant to the Electricity Generation Customer Choice and Competition Act, 66 Pa. C. S. §§ 2801-2812, including the order authorizing the parties to enter into this Agreement.
PUC Orders has the meaning forth in Section 2(a)(xvii).

  • Immediately after any sale of Shares by the Company under this Agreement and the Other Agreements, the aggregate number of Shares that have been issued and sold by the Company hereunder and thereunder will not exceed the aggregate amount of Common Stock (A) registered and available under the Registration Statement or (B) that shall be authorized by the PUC Orders from time to time.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority.

  • Cemetery authority means any person who owns or operates a cemetery specified in s. 157.065 (1).

  • Product Approval(s) means any approvals, registrations, permits, licenses, consents, authorizations, and other approvals, and pending applications and requests therefor, required by applicable Agencies related to the research, Development, manufacture, distribution, finishing, packaging, marketing, sale, storage or transport of a Product within the United States of America, and includes, without limitation, all approvals, registrations, licenses or authorizations granted in connection with any Application related to that Product.

  • Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;

  • PUC means any state regulatory agency or body that exercises jurisdiction over the rates or services or the ownership, construction or operation of any network facility or long distance telecommunications systems or over Persons who own, construct or operate a network facility or long distance telecommunications systems, in each case by reason of the nature or type of the business subject to regulation and not pursuant to laws and regulations of general applicability to Persons conducting business in such state.

  • Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, licenses, notifications, registrations or authorizations of any Governmental Authority for the testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction, including, without limitation, registration and listing, INDs, NDAs and similar applications.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Necessary Authorizations means all approvals and licenses from, and all filings and registrations with, any governmental or other regulatory authority, including, without limiting the foregoing, the Licenses and all approvals, licenses, filings and registrations under the Communications Act, necessary in order to enable the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to own, construct, maintain, and operate communications tower facilities and to invest in other Persons who own, construct, maintain, manage and operate communications tower facilities.

  • statutory authority means Central or State Government, quasi-Government, administrative, judicial, public or statutory body, department, instrumentality, agency, authority, board entrusted with and carrying any statutory functions, as required from time to time in connection with performance by the Preferred Bidder of its obligations hereunder;

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Governmental Authorities means governments, regulatory authorities, governmental departments, agencies, commissions, bureaus, officials, ministers, Crown corporations, courts, bodies, boards, tribunals or dispute settlement panels or other law, rule or regulation-making organizations or entities:

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application to the appropriate Regulatory Authority for approval to sell the Product (but excluding Pricing Approval) in any particular country or regulatory jurisdiction.

  • Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Order and the Final Order.

  • FCC Applications means those applications and requests for waivers required to be filed with the FCC to obtain the approvals and waivers of the FCC pursuant to the Communications Act and FCC Rules necessary to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
