Purchase Agreement Deposit definition

Purchase Agreement Deposit means a deposit pursuant to a Residential Unit Contract of Sale or a Retail Unit Contract of Sale, as applicable.
Purchase Agreement Deposit has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.2.1(a).
Purchase Agreement Deposit means the $5,000,000 xxxxxxx money deposit made under the Purchase Agreement.
