Purchase Agreement Securities definition

Purchase Agreement Securities means the securities to be acquired directly or indirectly hereunder, including the Purchase Notice Securities, and the Commitment Securities and the Warrant Shares underlying the Warrants, to be issued to the Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Purchase Agreement Securities means the Ordinary Shares represented by ADSs to be acquired hereunder, including the Purchase Notice Securities and the Commitment Securities to be issued to the Investor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Purchase Agreement Securities means all the Securities (as such term in defined in the Purchase Agreement) to be issued and sold to Investor by the Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement including capital stock of the Company that may be issued with respect to such Securities pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Certificate of Designation (as defined in the Purchase Agreement).
