Purchasing JV has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.4.

  • In the case of the dissolution of Purchasing JV and Technology JV, Transfer Taxes payable with respect to any such dissolution shall be borne by Goodyear and SRI based on their respective Pre-Closing Percentage Interests in Purchasing JV or Technology JV, as applicable.
