Put Guaranty definition

Put Guaranty means that certain Guaranty, dated March 28, 2012, pursuant to which Seller has guaranteed the prompt payment when due of all sums owed by Medina Valley (following its substitution for AERG) to Genco under the Put Option Agreement and the Put Option Asset Purchase Agreement.

More Definitions of Put Guaranty

Put Guaranty means the guaranty of AMHC, KAG Logistics, Inc., the Company and each Subsidiary of the obligations of the Parent under the Warrant Documents.

Related to Put Guaranty

  • Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent pursuant to Section 15.

  • Holdings Guaranty means the Holdings Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.

  • Guaranty Agreement means a supplemental indenture, in a form satisfactory to the Trustee, pursuant to which a Subsidiary Guarantor guarantees the Company’s obligations with respect to the Securities on the terms provided for in this Indenture.
