QCP definition

QCP means Quintette Coal Partnership, a partnership existing under the laws of British Columbia, having as its partners, Teck and TBCI;
QCP means The Quintette Coal Partnership, a general partnership existing under the laws of British Columbia and an affiliate of Teck Cominco;
