Qualification Condition definition

Qualification Condition means the Company obtaining the Final Receipt for the Final Qualification Prospectus from the BCSC, as principal regulator, on its own behalf and on behalf of each of the other Securities Commissions, which qualifies the distribution of the Underlying Units;
Qualification Condition means the Company obtaining the Receipt for the Prospectus;
Qualification Condition means the filing by the Company of the Qualification Prospectus Supplement with the Securities Commissions, and the filing by the Company of the Qualification Registration Statement with the SEC, which qualifies the distribution of the Prospectus-Qualified Securities;
