Qualified Contractors definition

Qualified Contractors means a general contractor that, on the date its name and qualifications are submitted to the Fair Board, and at all times during which it is performing any work at the Premises, shall satisfy all of the following criteria:
Qualified Contractors as used herein shall mean contractors selected by Subtenant and approved by Sublandlord and Master Landlord, provided that the contractors shall be reputable contractors who are not affiliates of Subtenant.
Qualified Contractors means one who possesses the abilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and training to administer polygraph examinations.

  • The Contractor shall not contract with any Subcontractor to whom the City has made reasonable and timely objection, based upon the Subcontractor or Subcontractor's business being listed in the Lists of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement or Non-procurement Programs Manual, debarment as a Contractor from the State list of debarred contractors, or being rejected from the City of Bryan's list of Qualified Contractors for any reason.

Qualified Contractors means a contractor who has submitted a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in response to County's RFSQ Number 457-SH, has met the minimum qualifications listed in the RFSQ, and has an executed Master Agreement with County.
