The Contractor shall not contract with any Subcontractor to whom the City has made reasonable and timely objection, based upon the Subcontractor or Subcontractor's business being listed in the Lists of Parties Excluded From Federal Procurement or Non-procurement Programs Manual, debarment as a Contractor from the State list of debarred contractors, or being rejected from the City of Bryan's list of Qualified Contractors for any reason.
