Qualified motor vehicle definition
Qualified motor vehicle means a motor vehicle other than a recreational vehicle used, designed or maintained for trans- portation of persons or property that meets any of the following:

Qualified motor vehicle means a motor vehicle used, designed, or maintained for the transportation 936 of persons or property and (i) having two axles and a gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle 937 weight exceeding 26,000 pounds or 11,797 kilograms; or (ii) having three or more axles regardless of 938 weight or (iii) used in combination, when the weight of such combination exceeds 26,000 pounds or 939 11,797 kilograms gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle weight. "Qualified motor vehicle" does 940 not include recreational vehicles.

Qualified motor vehicle means a use class motor vehicle.
Qualified motor vehicle means a motor vehicle that is used, designed or maintained for transportation of persons or property and that (A) has two axles and a gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle weight exceeding twenty-six thousand pounds; or (B) has three or more axles regardless of weight; or (C) is used in combination and the combined gross vehicle weight or registered gross vehicle weight exceeds twenty-six thousand pounds; but does not include a recreation vehicle that is used exclusively for personal pleasure, and not used in connection with any trade or business, by an individual.
