Light truck definition

Light truck means a motor vehicle on a truck chassis with a gross motor vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 8,500 pounds or less.
Light truck means a motor vehicle having at least four wheels, used for the carriage of goods (which includes, as the case may be, semitrailer) and having a maximum weight not exceeding 3.5 metric tons.
Light truck means a truck with a manufacturer ’s rated carrying capacity of not more than 2,000 pounds, including a pick-up truck, panel delivery truck, and carry-all truck.
