Qualified Savings Plan definition

Qualified Savings Plan means the United Technologies Corporation Employee Savings Plan until the Spin-off date and means the Carrier Retirement Savings Plan from and after the Spin-off date.
Qualified Savings Plan means the SPX Corporation Retirement Savings and Stock Ownership Plan and each predecessor, successor or replacement to the said Qualified Savings Plan.
Qualified Savings Plan means a defined contribution plan qualified under Code section 401(a) whose trust or other funding arrangement is exempt from tax under Code section 501, and which is acceptable to the Committee, in its discretion, for purposes of the transfer of assets from such plan to this Plan or the transfer of assets from this Plan to such plan.

  • Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized terms herein shall have the same meaning ascribed under the Qualified Savings Plan.
