Qualified Shareholder definition

Qualified Shareholder means a person or group of persons acting together that satisfies the following requirements:
Qualified Shareholder means any Holder that, together with its Affiliates, beneficially owns at least 3% of the Company Shares.
Qualified Shareholder means an Person who holds a minority interest in a Core Subsidiary, provided that S&P and Moodx'x xxxfirmed that, at the time of such Person's acquisition of such interest in the Core Subsidiary, such acquisition and any transactions related thereto did not result in a downgrade of the then current ratings of the Certificates.
