Qualified voter file definition

Qualified voter file means the statewide qualified voter file established according to section 509o.
Qualified voter file means the voter registration database maintained by the Secretary of State.
Qualified voter file means the qualified voter file established under section 509o of the Michigan election law, 1954 PA 116, MCL 168.509o.
