Quality Conversion to H Service definition

Quality Conversion to H Service means a Quality Conversion Service provided by the TSO that offers the possibility to inject either H2 or L-gas into the H Zone where it can be blended with H-gas so that the mix is a Compatible Gas.
Quality Conversion to H Service means a Quality Conversion Service provided by the TSO at Installation Point “QC” and at Domestic Points for Injection where a blending facility is operated by Fluxys Belgium, that offers the possibility to inject Non Compatible Gas in H- gas so that the mix is a Compatible Gas.
