Quarterly Net Sales definition

Quarterly Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Quarter, the aggregate amount of Net Sales in the Territory for that Calendar Quarter.
Quarterly Net Sales means the Net Sales invoiced during a calendar quarter (January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December).
Quarterly Net Sales means the Net Sales in the current quarter and is defined in Royalty Appendix.

More Definitions of Quarterly Net Sales

Quarterly Net Sales means the Net Sales made in a given quarter during the term of this Agreement.
