Premium Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Premium Letter.
Base premium rate means, for each class of business as to a rating period, the lowest premium rate charged or that could have been charged under the rating system for that class of business by the small employer carrier to small employers with similar case characteristics for health benefit plans with the same or similar coverage.
Insurance Premium means the amount that each Debtor shall pay on a monthly basis to Agos pursuant to the relevant Consumer Loan Agreement, in relation to the insurance premium paid by Agos to the relevant Insurance Company under any Financed Insurance Policy.
Insurance Premiums shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

Insurance Cost Increase shall not, however, include any premium increases resulting from the nature of the occupancy of any other lessee of the Building. If the parties insert a dollar amount in Paragraph 1.9, such amount shall be considered the "BASE PREMIUM." If a dollar amount has not been inserted in Paragraph 1.9 and if the Building has been previously occupied during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Commencement Date, the "Base Premium" shall be the annual premium applicable to such twelve (12) month period. If the Building was not fully occupied during such twelve (12) month period, the "Base Premium" shall be the lowest annual premium reasonably obtainable for the Required Insurance as of the Commencement Date, assuming the most nominal use possible of the Building. In no event, however, shall Lessee be responsible for any portion of the premium cost attributable to liability insurance coverage in excess of $1,000,000 procured under Paragraph 8.2(b).
Insurance Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan insured by an Insurance Policy paid for by the lender, the per annum rate specified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Premium tax means a tax paid by insurance companies to provincial and territorial governments calculated as a percentage of gross premiums written.
Cumulative Insurance Payments As defined in the Series Supplement.
Loss Adjustment Expense means costs and expenses incurred by the Company in connection with the investigation, appraisal, adjustment, settlement, litigation, defense or appeal of a specific claim or loss, or alleged loss, including but not limited to:
Insurance Add-On Amount means the premium charged to the Obligor in the event that the Servicer obtains Force-Placed Insurance pursuant to Section 4.4.
Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the periodic limit on each Mortgage Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
Non-Payment Period Rate means, initially, 200% of the applicable Reference Rate (or 275% of such rate if the Corporation has provided notification to the Auction Agent prior to the Auction establishing the Applicable Rate for any dividend pursuant to paragraph 2(f) hereof that net capital gains or other taxable income will be included in such dividend on shares of AMPS), provided that the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall have the authority to adjust, modify, alter or change from time to time the initial Non-Payment Period Rate if the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines and Moody's and S&P (and any Substitute Rating Agency in lieu of Moody's or S&P in the event either of such parties shall not rate the AMPS) advise the Corporation in writing that such adjustment, modification, alteration or change will not adversely affect their then-current ratings on the AMPS.
Six-Month LIBOR The average of interbank offered rates for six-month U.S. dollar deposits in the London market based on quotations of major banks.
Ceding Commission shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.2.
Annual Premium means an amount specified in the Schedule, which is payable under the annual Premium payment mode under this Policy, excluding Extra Premium, if any and excluding service tax or any other taxes, cesses or levies, if any;
Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.
