Form 10-Q definition

Form 10-Q is defined in Section 7.1(a).
Form 10-Q means the current quarterly report on Form 10-Q required to be filed pursuant to Section 13 or Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.
Form 10-Q means a Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed with the Commission under the Securities Exchange Act, and any successor report.
