Raised Curb definition

Raised Curb means a vertical or sloping member along the edge of a pavement forming part of a gutter, and clearly defines the pavement edge to Vehicle operators, and is designated as a non-mountable or straight curb which is not intended to provide for the passage of Vehicles from the traveled portion of the roadway to the Shoulder and/or private property.
