Randomly Selected Loans definition

Randomly Selected Loans means Loans and, if applicable, their Related Security, in the Covered Bond Portfolio, selected on a basis that is not designed to favour the selection of any identifiable class or type or quality of Loans and their Related Security over all the Loans and their Related Security in the Covered Bond Portfolio, except with respect to (i) identifying such Loans and their Related Security as having been acquired by the Guarantor LP from a particular Seller, if applicable; (ii) identifying Non-Performing Loans and their Related Security; (iii) identifying Related Loans and their Security Sharing; or (iv) otherwise identifying Loans and their Related Security on a basis that would not (or would not reasonably be expected to) adversely affect the interests of Covered Bondholders.
Randomly Selected Loans means Loans and, if applicable, their Related Security, in the Covered Bond Portfolio, selected in accordance with the terms of the Guarantor Agreement on a basis that is not designed to favour the selection of any identifiable class or type or quality of Loans and their Related Security over all the Loans and their Related Security in the Covered Bond Portfolio, except with respect to identifying such Loans and their Related Security as having been acquired by the Guarantor from a particular Seller, if applicable;

Related to Randomly Selected Loans

  • Impacted Loans has the meaning specified in Section 3.03.

  • Permitted Loans means:

  • Corrected Loan Any Serviced Loan that had been a Specially Serviced Loan but has ceased to be such in accordance with the definition of “Specially Serviced Loan” (other than by reason of a Liquidation Event occurring in respect of such Serviced Loan or a related Mortgaged Property becoming an REO Property).

  • Affected Loan has the meaning specified in Section 3.04.

  • Designated loan means a loan se- cured by a building or mobile home that is located or to be located in a special flood hazard area in which flood insurance is available under the Act.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Permitted Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(a).

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Replacement Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • U.S. Base Rate Loan means a Loan denominated in Dollars which bears interest at a rate based upon the U.S. Base Rate.

  • Whole Loan Custodial Account means the “Whole Loan Custodial Account” established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Eligible Loans has the meaning specified in any of the Purchase Agreements or the Sale Agreement, as applicable.

  • Pending Revolving Loans means, at any time, the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans requested in any Notice of Borrowing received by the Agent which have not yet been advanced.

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Extended Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.23(a).

  • Existing Revolving Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.7(a).

  • Offered Loans has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(iii).
