Rate Center Point means a specific geographic point, defined by a V&H coordinate, located within the Rate Center Area and used to measure distance for the purpose of billing Customers for distance-sensitive Telephone Exchange Services and Toll Traffic.

Rate Center Point is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate (as defined in Bellcore Special Report SR-TSV-002275), located within the Rate Center Area and used by that LEC to measure distance for the purpose of billing Customers for distance sensitive Telephone Exchange Services and Toll Traffic. Rate Centers will be identical for each Party until such time as MGC is permitted by an appropriate regulatory body to create its own Rate Centers within an area.
