Rate Center Point definition

Rate Center Point means a specific geographic point, defined by a V&H coordinate, located within the Rate Center Area and used to measure distance for the purpose of billing Customers for distance-sensitive Telephone Exchange Services and Toll Traffic.
Rate Center Point is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate (as defined in Bellcore Special Report SR-TSV-002275), located within the Rate Center Area and used by that LEC to measure distance for the purpose of billing Customers for distance sensitive Telephone Exchange Services and Toll Traffic.
