Examples of Rate Classes in a sentence

  • In determining LIBOR, any Interest Rate for the LIBOR Floating Rate Classes or any Reserve Interest Rate (as defined in the Prospectus), Xxxxxx Mae or the Paying Agent may conclusively rely and shall be protected in relying upon the rates or offered quotations (whether written, oral or disseminated by means of an electronic information system) provided by the sources specified in the Prospectus.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Requisite Class Lenders means, at any time of determination (i) for the Class of Lenders having Revolving Loan Exposure, Lenders having or holding more than 50% of the aggregate Revolving Loan Exposure of all Lenders, and (ii) for the Class of Lenders having Term Loan Exposure, Lenders having or holding more than 50% of the aggregate Term Loan Exposure of all Lenders.
