On each Distribution Date on which the Class Principal Amounts of the Non-AP Senior Certificates relating to one or more Collateral Groups have been reduced to zero, any amounts distributable pursuant to this Section 5.02(f) will be allocated, as to each applicable Class of Subordinate Certificates, in proportion to such Class’s Subordinate Class Percentage of the Subordinate Principal Distribution Amount for the Collateral Group relating to each such retired Senior Certificate.

Subordinate Class Percentage: As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Class Principal Amount of such Class on such date, and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Principal Amounts of all Classes of Subordinate Certificates on such date.
