Rate Protection Agreements definition

Rate Protection Agreements means, collectively, arrangements entered into by any Person designed to protect such Person against fluctuations in interest rates or currency exchange rates, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Rate Protection Agreements means interest rate cap agreements, interest rate swap agreements and other agreements or arrangements entered into in the ordinary course of business by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries and designed to protect the Borrower or its Subsidiaries against fluctuations in interest rates or to obtain the benefit of floating interest rates.
