Services Agreements definition

Services Agreements means the Outsourcing Master Services Agreements between MBL and MGL dated November 15, 2007, and between the Non-Banking Holdco and MGL dated December 10, 2007, and any supplements or amendments thereto;

Services Agreements means (i) the Amended and Restated Tax Sharing Agreement by and among Select Medical Holdings Corporation, Concentra Group Holdings, LLC and Concentra Group Holdings Parent, LLC, dated as of the date hereof and (ii) the Amended and Restated Shared Services Agreement between Select Medical Corporation and the Borrower dated as of the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date.

• It is expressly agreed that the terms and conditions of this Agreement designed to safeguard PHI shall survive expiration or other termination of the Services Agreements and shall continue in effect until Business Associate has performed all obligations under this Agreement and has either returned or destroyed all PHI.
