Rate Ratio Certificate definition

Rate Ratio Certificate means, for any Quarterly Payment Period, a ---------------------- certificate of a Senior Officer setting forth, in reasonable detail, the calculation (and the basis for such calculation) of the Rate Ratio for use in determining the Applicable Margin hereunder during such Quarterly Payment Period.
