Upon written request by three or more Owners of the Class A Certificates who in aggregate hold Certificates that evidence not less than 25% of the aggregate Class A Certificate Principal Balance and such request is accompanied by a copy of the communication that such Owners propose to transmit, the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar will provide such Owners with a list of the names and addresses of all Owners of record as of the most recent Record Date.

Therefore, the actual Outstanding principal amount of this Certificate may, on any date subsequent to July 27, 1998 (the first Payment Date) be less than the Original Class A Certificate Principal Balance set forth above.
