Rates and Charges definition

Rates and Charges means and include the published official and statutory rate for ocean freight, marine insurance, marine war risk insurance, wharfage, dock dues, landing and delivery charges customs and import duty and railage rates.
Rates and Charges means the rates and charges applicable to the Call & Remit Facility rendered by the Bank, as may be determined by the Bank from time to time and subject to such amendments/modifications, as may be notified by the Bank. The Rates and Charges may be provided/updated on the website(www.icicibank.com.sg).
Rates and Charges means the rates, charges and/or fees for a Service, as modified from time to time as permitted under or required by the Agreement.

More Definitions of Rates and Charges

Rates and Charges means, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all fees, rates, rents, assessments and other charges established by or on behalf of the City for the services, facilities and commodities furnished or supplied by it from the operation of the System;
Rates and Charges means the MWPA's Schedule of Tariffs or other rates and charges as amended from time to time which may be available on the MWPA's website at www.mwpa.wa.gov.au or on request from the MWPA.

All rates are FOB Greenwood Cine, and Customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery charges. Greenwood Cine may assess an additional charge in accordance with its then current rate schedule for pickup and delivery, early pickup services during non-business hours, and technical support for the operation of equipment. Canceled orders will be subject to Greenwood Cine’s then current cancellation charge. No allowance will be made for items delivered to but not used by the Customer. The Customer shall pay all taxes, transportation charges, duties, broker’s fees, bonds or other costs imposed on the rental of the property by the Customer. LIMITED WARRANTY: Greenwood Cine warrants that, when delivered to the Customer, all Property will be operational to accepted manufacturer specifications. In the event of a malfunction, customer must notify Greenwood Cine immediately and Greenwood Cine will have no responsibility for any malfunction reported after termination of the rental for such property. Customer shall not attempt to service or repair any of the property and any attempt by the customer to service or repair the property, will void the limited warranty provided herein.
