Rates and Charges means and include the published official and statutory rate for ocean freight, marine insurance, marine war risk insurance, wharfage, dock dues, landing and delivery charges customs and import duty and railage rates.
Rates and Charges means the rates and charges applicable to the Call & Remit Facility rendered by the Bank, as may be determined by the Bank from time to time and subject to such amendments/modifications, as may be notified by the Bank. More Definitions of Rates and Charges
Rates and Charges means, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all fees, rates, rents, assessments and other charges established by or on behalf of the City for the services, facilities and commodities furnished or supplied by it from the operation of the System;

The Customer shall pay all taxes, transportation charges, duties, broker’s fees, bonds or other costs imposed on the rental of the property by the Customer. LIMITED WARRANTY: Greenwood Cine warrants that, when delivered to the Customer, all Property will be operational to accepted manufacturer specifications. In the event of a malfunction, customer must notify Greenwood Cine immediately and Greenwood Cine will have no responsibility for any malfunction reported after termination of the rental for such property.
